Kelantan pip Selangor

BADHRI Radzi and S. Chanturu fired Kelantan to the top of the Super Leagueafter a laboured 2-0 win over struggling Kuala Lumpur at the Sultan Mohamed IV Stadium in Kota Baru yesterday.


A fine individual effort from Kelantan captain Badhri overcome the early KL resistance in the 25th minute before Chanturu eased the home fans' nerves in the 81st minute with the second goal.

Kelantan displaced Selangor from the top of the table on goal difference with both teams on 33 points.


Negri Sembilan squandered a two-goal lead to settle for a point against Felda United at the KLFA Stadium in Cheras after Lot Abu Hassan scored a late equaliser for the hosts.

Shukor Adan led by example by opening the score a minute before half-time and Firdaus Azizul quckily doubled the lead three minutes after the break.

Nizaruddin Yusof pulled one back for Felda in the 59th minute and Lot completed the comeback four minutes from time.


Johor FC piled more pressure on Sabah after securing a 3-0 win at the JCorp Stadium in Pasir Gudang.

Eddy Helmi Manan scored from the penalty spot in the 42nd minute after Shahrizal Saad was brought down in the box.

Riduwan Ma'on doubled their lead in the 81st minute before Shahrizal made it 3-0 in injury time after springing the offside trap.


T-Team and Pahang cancelled each other out in a 0-0 draw at the Sultan Ismail Nasiruddin Shah Stadium in Kuala Terengganu.
